Shipping
How much is shipping?
All purchases are shipped throughout the continental United Sates via UPS ground shipping. Your first item is a flat rate of $15, your second is an additional $7.50 and any subsequent NatureScript(s) ordered at the same time is/are shipped free! All Orders will be shipped within 4 weeks, usually sooner, subject to product availability. If you are interested in International Shipping, please email us directly for price quotes.
How long does shipping take
All Orders will be shipped within: 4-6 weeks, usually sooner. For specific product availability, contact us.
Donations:
Will you donate a NatureScript to benefit my charity?
We work hard to donate NatureScripts to many worthwhile causes and do so as much as we can. We have found the need to limit donations to one to two per month due to increased requests.

What if an item is damaged when it arrives?
I take care to package items safely in bubble wrap and can guarantee that when an item leaves my hands it is in perfect condition. But accidents can happen in transit, if that’s the case please contact me as soon as you notice that an item is damaged, and I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How big are the images?
Each letter is a 4” x 6” inch print.
All the frames look slightly different, what will mine look like?
All our frames are handmade by an Amish craftsman, each is unique and one-of-a-kind. That’s also why all sizes are approximate.
Can I return an item I’m unhappy with?
The bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns for up to 10 days from the date your order is delivered. You’ll have to cover the return shipping (unless the item is damaged upon arrival in which case we’ll cover the return shipping too), but we’ll give you store credit or a refund for any item you want to return

Error message when trying to purchase
When I click add to cart or view cart, and error pops up stating: “The recipient of this shopping cart link is not an approved shopping cart user. Please review your selection and try again” This is usually means you have disabled “cookies” in your browser. The PayPal system requires cookies to be enabled and you need to do this via your internet browser preferences.
The cart isn’t working
Our cart system requires Javascript to be enabled, it’s generally enabled by default, but you may have turned it off inadvently - please verify that Javascript is enabled and attempt your purchase again.
